Volunteer Appreciation Banquet

On Friday night, The Rock Church celebrated our annual Volunteer Appreciation Banquet at the Lynnwood Bowl and Skate. We packed in 48 people into small room filled with delicious BBQ from my favorite place the Double Barrel. We ate, celebrated, ate, laughed, ate and then bowled. It turned out really good. We have an awesome dedicated church. We are not a large church, but it takes at least 25 people each Sunday to make our service happen. We set up and tear down each week at the school and its alot of work. Our mission is to Help Others Discover a Growing Relationship with Christ. This takes place throughout the week. But for a few hours we gather together to worship and learn more about Him together. I find this time vital to believers and a great place to bring friends who have questions. Thank you to all the volunteers who give so much to make this happen. You are awesome!
